1. Scope and operator

These terms apply to the use of this website, operated by A. Beck (see the Imprint for full details).

2. The service

This website is a free, non-commercial hobby tool that lets you browse a catalog of tabletop game data and build army lists. The service is provided "as is" and free of charge. There is no entitlement to a specific scope of features or to continued availability.

3. Account and registration

Some features require a user account. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your login credentials confidential and not to share your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian where required by the applicable data-protection law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of third-party rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or the underlying systems;
• disrupt or overload the service, or use automated means to scrape or bulk-download content beyond normal use;
• upload or enter content that is unlawful, infringing, offensive or malicious.

5. Your content

You retain your rights to the lists and other content you create. To operate the service, you grant us a simple, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display your content as required to provide the features you use — including making a read-only view of a list available to anyone with a share link that you choose to create. You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you are entitled to use it.

6. Game data and accuracy

The catalog data (such as unit statistics, points values and special rules) is provided for the convenience of players and may be incomplete, outdated or contain errors. It is not a substitute for the official publications. Always verify against the official rulebooks and army lists of the respective publisher. We give no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or currentness of the catalog data.

7. Intellectual property and trademarks

Flames of War, Team Yankee, Fate of a Nation, Battlefront and related names, logos and game content are trademarks and/or copyrighted works of Battlefront Miniatures Ltd. and their respective rights holders. This website is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Battlefront Miniatures Ltd. All rights in the underlying game content remain with their respective owners.

8. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee any particular uptime. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service or individual features at any time, in particular for maintenance or technical reasons.

9. Liability

As the service is provided free of charge, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to liability for injury to life, body or health, or to other liability that is mandatory under applicable law. Any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence remain unaffected. We are not liable for the loss of data to the extent that such loss could have been avoided by you keeping your own backups of important content.

10. Term and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or use the service unlawfully.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms where necessary, for example to reflect changes to the service or the legal situation. The current version is always available on this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

12. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's country of residence, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
